By accessing or using our manpower services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

We specialize in recruitment, staffing, and workforce outsourcing, ensuring our clients receive efficient, reliable, and compliant human resource solutions.
Scope of Services
We offer a comprehensive range of manpower services, including permanent and temporary staffing, contract-based hiring, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and payroll support. Each service is provided based on the specific requirements of our clients and governed by a mutually signed agreement. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined in the respective service contracts. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Negie Infotech are required to provide accurate, detailed, and updated information regarding job roles, required skills, work environment, and company policies. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all workplace laws and labor regulations are strictly followed. We expect our clients to treat all deployed or recruited personnel fairly and ethically. Any exploitation, misconduct, or non-compliance with labor laws may lead to immediate suspension or termination of services.
Payments
All service Payments are determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the agreement signed between Negie Infotech and the client. Payment terms, including due dates and invoicing schedules, are clearly stated in the contract. Clients are expected to make payments on time to ensure uninterrupted service.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice, as specified in the service contract. In the event of termination, all outstanding dues must be settled, and any confidential materials must be returned or destroyed as appropriate. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of contract, unethical practices, or non-payment.
